Bermain Atau Belajar?: Menelusuri Persepsi Guru Dan Insiatif Anak Dalam Bermain Di TK Bina Insan Mandiri Jakarta Barat

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi keterlibatan dan persepsi guru terhadap bermain serta bagaimana inisiatif anak dalam bermain di TK Bina Insan Mandiri Jakarta Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi pasif terhadap kegiatan bermain di kelas B TK Bina Insan Mandiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru cenderung memisahkan konsep belajar dan bermain secara eksplisit dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, di mana kegiatan belajar dan bermain adalah dua kegiatan yang berbeda. Guru tidak terlibat langsung dalam kegiatan bermain anak, sementara anak laki-laki menunjukkan inisiatif untuk memulai aktivitas bermain tanpa arahan dari guru. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bahwa bermain dan belajar memiliki konsep yang berbeda dan anak sejatinya akan memiliki inisiatif sendiri untuk memulai
